Widow evicted from house
by Sheetal Kaur on Dec 03, 2011 02:36 AM  | Hide replies

Okey the children won the case and custody of the house, it also agreed that there was an eviction order served on the widow,.
but no court will leave any one under the sky they should ave made some arrangement for the widow some where.
beside when eviction order was carried out she was not in the house, in this case order should not have been carried out until she was there bailiff should have waited.
They broke the lock up of the house which is a criminal offense court order or no court order.
She could easily accuse and file a case against the bailiffs for damage caused to her property.

She was given lot of notices to vacate and she ignored them apparently. Moreover why was she not in town just when the last date for vacating the house arrived???? So convenient!!!
