all this future election reforms BS from thug team Anna
by D S on Aug 29, 2011 08:35 AM

says they want to share profits with tribal and gram panchayat.

let it be clear, there is no place for sharing profits with TRIBALS, just leave their lands, rehabilitate tribals back to tribal life where the lands were seized by goodies and baddies.

all tribals need to be reminded of natural ways to control population so they dont depend on various exploiters.

all this BS of sharing profit with tribals means uprooting and corrupting the tribals to take them away from tribal habitat by opportunist and thugs.

re:Best to combine Salient features of Jan Lokpal bill with FDR v
by rama anne on Aug 29, 2011 08:19 AM

I support DR JP Narayans Round table Conference drafts and also sri Anna Hazares JANLOKPAL biLL

i FEEL the Salient Features from JAN LOKPAL bill be taken as the base and when we see how we can convert them into actual LAWS ,,we see that the DR JP Narayans Round Table Conference Bill draft can be combined to produce a BILL that is more mature

In that way ,,it will be water tight and good

Also i would appreciate
sri Arun Jaitley be provided with all versions so that he study in his room as well as other Constitutional experts

Supreme Court Judges (who are serving and Ex also should receive the copies) as well

Then we can frame the bill that is very MATURE AS PER CONSTITUTION

LET THE BILL BE PASSED AS LAWS AND LOKAYUKTAS BE SET UP

I WILL LOOK FORWARD TO THAT DAY

Lokpal ka tamasha
by Nidhi Uttam on Aug 28, 2011 08:22 AM  | Hide replies

the parliamentary committee has been formed for lokpal ..most of the members of that committee are still under a question of their corruption in past? Corruption is a personal matter itself.. only a person knows that he is corrupt or not? if Lokpal is a corrupt person what can we do? then there shoul be a super lokpal ? if we are going to increase the number of channels to deal with then the level of corruption will be increased.corrupt people will need more power to deal with their affairs. India is running by those rules which has been made by the English about 200 yrs. ago.we are trying to solve today's problem with the old rules.it will not work. this country is on the bunch of problems .we have not yet solve the problem of an ancient age i.e. cast, creed ..etc.we are proving Charchil right that India will be playing in hands of rascals after 30-yrs of independence.our so called intellectual people are thinking that if lokpal come all the problems will be automatically solve & they are giving reasons for that also.this will give them cheap publicity but can't solve the problems of this country. We are the part of the system which has become 200yrs old. we have to develop the new system with less channels to deal with i.e. single window system.our so called MP's are 'Mentally Poisonous'.They are the worst kind of administrator that any country had in the name of democracy. They need immediate mental healing for the goodself of our beloved country.

Dear Nidhi,

You are absolutely right that we need a strong lokpall bill as most of the people are corrupt in that. But the single window system about which you are talking is not possible atleast in our coutry as its one of the developing nations and even today number of people are not aware with the 30 or 40 year back welfare programs launched by the goverment for their welfare. In India if we really want to end corruption than there are two ways only which will lead to that i.e honesty toward yourself and by increasing the level of education.

you are right even a strong lokpal cant wipe out corruption from the country unless the mind set of people change.we must find ways to curtail the use of money generated by corrupt practices we should fix limit for all cash transactions and digitalise all other cash transactions ,when people find it difficult to use unaccounted cash they will change, till then ANNA OR A BIGGER ANNA CANT DO ANYTHING.

No one should be allowed to contest in the election if already elected for 2 terms which can bring some positive results in terms of real democratic, removal of family business from politics, professionalism in politics etc

Anna should start the election reforms campaign after Lokpal is materialized

Question is action...
by LOL on Aug 28, 2011 08:02 AM

The larger question is more towards who and when they will take action.

I think it is a known fact that corruption cannot be prevented just by passing the bill. However, the intent of Anna's movement is larger than that - to awaken and mobilise support of the masses against the issue - and to create awareness that so much was looted and misappropriated in the past 40 odd years. So much money and resources is still being misappropriated in the name of policies and rules. The bill is just a begining. There is no need for scientific analysis to see where the problem lies in the context of the bill / agitation when the entire powerful lot had the luxury of time and power to swindle wealth for themselves over the years doing nothing specific against corruption

Yes, it is the Govt's job to find means to implement the intent of Anna. Thats why we have Harvard educated ministers in the cabinet. Anna and his supporters have strongly aroused in the minds of common man, whats afflicting them in general. If the Govt and state machinery does not want to take this opportunity and get their acts together, put a working plan before public soon, then they will be seeing consequences pretty soon.

since bjp-congress want to apoint their puppet lokpal.the option is clear. ARMY should take PM in safe custody, start Democracy, end fake democracy. Start direct election of PM by people, not by sold out MPs and their ticket giving master. Direct impeachment of corrupt elected by people, fixed terms and more. WIll corrupt MPS ALLOW THIS, THEY WANT TRUE LIES IN THE MEDIA. Time for someone to stop the wrong.
bjp-congress cartel want puppet lokpal, same like a cartel PM and the main cartel videshi kickback taker and financier called the super PM.
without an imposing force, no other way these slimy politician and their brokers will give an inch away. Unless, they see gallows.
