Argumentative Indian
Re: .
by Argumentative Indian on Aug 24, 2011 06:03 PM
The politicians love for Dalits & Minorities is a mask to continue to promote corruption in India.

BTW, Dalits & Muslims are the worst hit by corruption, since this is the section that is most dependent on Government institutions from education & jobs to healthcare.

There is large support of ordinary Muslims & Dalits to this movement. Usually Dalits & Muslims, can only be mobilized by their caste or community leaders, some of these leaders, like the Imam Bukhari are openly thought of as extensions of specific political parties, aligned for personal power / influence. Despite false calls by the Imama Bukhari and others the common people are fighting corruption.

BTW why did Congress react so fast to the fast by that Telangana character, KCR or something like that? He's just another twopenny regional politician who got wiped out in the previous elections!!!!

Common people are fed up of high prices, continued scandals coming out of government cupboard and non stop corruption.

Note to the author

You can read what you want to read on the internet thats the power anyway :

Change in DP plan of a city alleged bribe : 500 crore
2G scam : > 1000 crores
Bofors : > 60 crores

If you just do a simple math from 1988 onwards you will get a mind boggling figure which us poor middle class have been deprived of.

And you are talking of bribes paid to havaldars and clerks ??

Anna and his team supported by millions of Indians from all classes have made a start, you show us what you can do for betterment of this country.

Stop threatening and belittling those people who are the pillars of this country.

So called Inttelectuals
by MaiHunDon on Aug 24, 2011 03:58 PM

We have some so called intellectuals or liberals who are not able to digest that a person from a small village is able to run such a big movement. Might be this person cannot speak english. But as for as vision is concerned, his vision is much bigger and broader than these intellectuals. Anna is a real hero. If any of these poeple can do even 10% of what Anna did, they will bark like anything..
Sometimes these so called intellectuals are real threat for country who doesn't understand the real India and just start giving theories based on the hollow books.

It has to start somewhere!
by Grizzly on Aug 24, 2011 03:40 PM

Whatever this author says, we have to start somewhere. Otherwise, corruption will continue and we will always be under the thumb of corrupt!

Whether our method is perfect or not, by raising our voice against corruption, we have started a revolution. And others willl join us also becoz it concerns all classes of our society!
