where did you get the figure of 40 crore? in india, there are about 18-20 cr, in pakistan, it is about the same, in bangladesh, it is about 14-16 cr (not even counting the illegal ones in india), there are some more in srilanka and nepal. their population is close to 60 crore
Pakistan govt is failed to control law and order in all the fields. And it has lost the power and order in the protection of civilians. The terrer ratio is equalent to the civilians. And the paki army and isi have a joint venture with LeT and other national terrer groups in agnest to india and its developement and to occupy kashmir. Pak is always concentrating on indian internal issues instd of focusing their own matters. Pak is the only country that missused the us funds agenst social attitivies and diverted to purchase modern aircrafts.
