such tactics are used by Congress since the Independence for wrong reasons. Whenever some one speaks against them (which is generally the truth), they bring out any pending cases against the person to intimidate him/her. Finally BJP is learning this tactic for a right reason. they must teach a lesson to such IPS officers who are giving false affidavits in SC under the direction of congress govt. BJP should also do same in Karnataka and open any pending cases against so called "lokayukta" and congress-JDU leaders to teach them lessons.

Call ANNA 1000-a to show the case. It is also important, who is in his support they are also corrupt and dont give freedom to tell the truth, which they were hiding all these years.
