Corruption is the animal created by people of India. It is we only who can stop corruption.No lok pal ,Jan pal…….. can help. Tell me how many of us are ready to be in Q rather then giving bribe and getting our work done. Let us not talk Ideology be realistic.

Ya, i agree with this comment..Anna harazzer is dethroning the concept of democracy, the parliment the elected reprentives of people which drafted the lokpal bill has been given no value by anna. it is a very anti democratic stand by anna. anna indirectly is telling the people (who exercised the right of vote)of india that they are fools and he is image of right . Its a very wrong and genda based move by anna.

Chid may be right in a narrow understanding of Constitutional provisions. The fact that the constitution is built upon "for the people, by the people and of the people" principle laid down in its preamble, the elected representatives are required to show complete restraints in taking wrong steps in Parliament. They are expected to be parties for better legislation, better conduct and better utilisation of resources for the welfare of state. When billions of rupees got eroded through corrupt practices, and still the parliamentarians are fanning a protectarianism in the parliment, it is a dangerous situation requiring people to recall those representatives. But there is no such provision except through election process. When people seek prompt action, the constitutional remedy (election) becomes futile and there comes the right to resort to protest movements to enforce their right get established. That is not unconstitutional at all too! The Jan Lokpal issue is the one that warranted people's reaction! People came up strongly! Govt cannot help admitting its blunder! Govt cannot escape in passing a strong lokpal bill as being demnaded by the popular movement! Therefore, Chid is wrong; to my little knowledge at least!
What is wrong is that the congis behave just like the British did in the 1900 to 1947. If congis feel there is nothing wrong in that, it is time they are shown the dorr just like the British were..
Suddenly, no referneces to Judge Sawant who declared Anna as corrupt. Has Con-gress put the tail between the legs for the time being ? Any way everything in politics is "for the time being"
The govt which was accusing Anna of Corrupt man from head to toe has changed the stand ovenight. The spineless people who are running the govt seem to be working overtime to protect the corrupt
