The equation is really simple. The stupid, educated, city dwellers are simply failing to comprehend it. Here's the equation if you can comprehend it:
Villagers vote for Jagan in return for 'Aarogyasri and friends'. Jagan gives 'Aarogyasri and friends' to villagers in return for power and to amass money through corruption. And where are the elite tax payers in this equation? They are very much there. They are the ones who are funding both the parties. And what do the elite taxpayers get in return? Nada... (Laughing out loudly - rolling on the floor and farting uncontrollably).
Jagan said, "justice will ultimately prevail and God was there to ensure justice". Justice prevailed and God ensured it. YSR was burnt alive. Jagan acknowledges and appreciates that. Hope its the same climax for Jagan too.
Nira Radia tapes showed corrupt practices of Ratan Tata and Mukesh Ambani. But CBI won't raid them because they're sycophants of Italian Congress. Let them go ahead and kill every member of YSR family or put every member of YSR family in jail. Majority AP voters will still vote for YSR Congress party.
The Emaar MGF Boulder Hills saga started when Nara Chandrababu Naidu was the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh. The government took away land from poor farmers in Nanakramguda in the guise of modernizing the city and gave them a pittance in compensation (which most of them have yet to receive). All this was done under the guise of the British-era land acquisition act, which gives absolute right to the government to snatch any land from the public. The TDP government and APIIC alloted the land to Emaar MGF under a shady deal. In return, many of the APIIC babus and TDP politicos got prime villas for a pittance. Turn the clock forward and congress government came to power and immediately the YSR family and friends circle started looking for immediate sources of revenue. Emaar stake was reduced to 26% and more congress politicians and bureaucrats landed with prime villas in Emaar Boulder hills for a pittance. In the end, it turns out that the state government didn't make a penny from this massive land giveaway to a Dubai based company. The farmers lost their livelihood. The politicians and bureaucrats made a killing by getting almost free prime land in the middle of a posh golf course. Emaar made a killing on golf memberships, villas, and apartments. The money went to Dubai. Who loses? -> The people of the state of Andhra Pradesh and the poor farmers whose land was grabbed by the government. Who gained? Politicans of Telugu Desam & Congresss, bureaucrats, and most of all Em

You are absolutely right. Poeple especially the poor were losers, while the politicians of all sorts all are equally murky

Your analysis is superb, except for the conclusion. "Who loses? -> The people of the state of Andhra Pradesh...". How did the people of Andhra Pradesh loose? Are you hinting at the city dwelling, tax paying public? Those losers, they are a vast minority. They don't count in politics and elections. The avg. villager is not impacted by this at all. They get all their benefits without a problem. And the best part is, they don't pay any taxes so its a free ride.
And with specific locations? So what will you find when you search after making the announcement. Obviously they want to forewarn the culprits and help them. Also why should the discussion happen in Delhi for what should be the next move? Perhaps it is easier for the govt to give instructions of what to do. May be the culprits will strike a deal with the govt and CBI wants to make sure that they an proceed only if the deal does not go through.

That, right there, is a stupid idea. If the Govt. Hospitals improve and all is well and good, where is the political mileage? You and I care if the insurance companies are making a killing, because we are the ones paying taxes. But the Aarogyasri beneficiary hardly pays any taxes. He is still a beneficiary at the end of the day. And who bestowed those benefits on him? YSR's Aarogyasri. And who paid for it? You.
Who's the loser? You. Who is the winner? YSR's party and Aarogyasri beneficiary.

You seem to have missed a couple of zeros, or is it intentional? YSJ is worth about 50,000 crores. Even CBN is known to have made a couple of thousand crores, but he is supporting Anna now!!

CBN is the Godfather of Corruption and his father-in-law certified it with all the sources available to him effectively and released a cassette after being back stabbed. Now this Godfather is wearing the MASK of anti-corruption and expects people to believe him. This guy is the joker of the present century and people expect him to shell out more jokes from his bandwagon in the days ahead.
