This lovely lady and Rahul Bhatt(son of Mahesh Bat) had some love affair sort of with Islamic terrorist who was caught by USA .I do not remember his name
Had this happend in India, ie., a foreing country celebrating their independence, BJP will start a kar seva, shiv sena will send their hooligans to dig a hole in front of their embassy, other unwanted and unknown parties will threaten to resign from existing parties and join others. Congress will keep watching as usual, and communist will threaten war go slow movement and band against the celebration. Thank God, this is America.

We celebrate indpendence day of here in China also by hoisting Indian national flags.Chinese govt officials, university professors, local leaders, etc also come to attend.
Indian politicians are like frogs in a well, they just know to brand others and they donot have global vision. They have spoilt the psyche of our generation for their vested cheap interests.
No.1 news under headline should be of Anna Hazare's peoples movement. These glamour girls can be under movie section.Media trying to divert people from core issues.
dont know what these gujju's in jersey are trying to prove, but creating a hype in US over Indian indepence day. may be trying to promote their local panshops and grocery stores.......jokers

Now that you have vented your bile, get out of here, scum. Its not just Gujjus, its professionals, housewives, activists, from every sphere of life that get this opportunity once in a year to show their love and attachment for a country that does not deserve them. A country filled with vile scums like you and corrupt politicians whom you refuse to vote out.

Dear Seenu, all your points are valid except the last 6 words.
These guys need to learn that celebrating the Independence day is not a NAUTANKI....feel ashamed that a two bit hindi film actress who's claim to fame is hardly noteworthy is invited to lead the parade...but obviously their connect to India is only STARDUST/FILMFARE or else they wouldnt demean the nation of origin this way

You are an imbecile. They printed the day of celebration. Unfortunately, USA doesn't declare holiday of celebration for Indian Independence yet, so they did celebrate on the previous day.
