Lokpal should be entitled to have figures from foreign banks regarding secret accounts of Indians in those banks .Govt must not be able to hold back any information concerning this by one plea or another . Secondly Lokpal should have access to all classified informations which are often not provided even to Supreme court Judges .

And on top of this, lokpal may only need to keep tabs on the judges. All others would be taken care of by the judiciary. For a start, govt must restrict appealing in higher courts after a verdict is declared by a court.
The purpose of lokpal itself is the means to cheat public That is Voter,Why should their be a special body to investigate Higher Political body,who is there to look after the arbitrary act of Executive, Them self acted arbitrary Should be severely be punished hence the punishment in C.R.procedure be amended, so that the corruption will get its dead end.

FYI... now Karnataka scam came out through Lokyukta which is part of Lok Pal. Where Lok Pal investigate national level and Lokyuta on State Level. So support Lokpall and get benefited
