Still 45 lakhs of cases are pending/sleeping for disposal for over a period upto 25 years. Had the judiciary been cleansed most people will have moral fear and legal fear, that will create a scare among all the wrong doers. The TN, CM has never attended the court hearing for a case against since 1996. It is a negative example to be followed. Make every body to think whether the judiciary is powerful? In fact, Judiciary is the most powerful dept in the country which no one can question their decision.... Justice delayed is denied. Hence there is no fear among the wrong doers.
