Drivers from every state can be idiots. States do not give birth to idiots. I do not know about your state by seeing your idiocy, but most probably Bihar. Otherwise you would not have asked to bring the deads back through a festival (chhath Puja).
The dance performance (where two female dancers are there) at the conference is "Odissi" which basically belongs to the state of Odisha. It should be given it's due cerdit in the article & photo caption.

@Pratap Bhanja.. ofcourse tht form of dance belongs to odisha.Is it mentioned anywhere, other ppl cant perform or practice that form of dance? When Indian ppl recite "Jana gana mana" do they giv credit to bengalis? So, why this lame argument?

In 1740, Why Maha people came to Bengal? In 1818, where the last Peshwa went with 15,000 people and never returned? When you are asking why people are coming to Maha, ask yourself where the people from maha went one or two centuries back?

Ignore Sharmila Bose of Oxford and her cousin brother Sugata Bose of Harvard. They are not worthy enough to get so much attention. They wrote some rubbish books, which should be in gutters.
