Indian Attitude

In US most of the time people trust what you say and thats the reason why Indians started abusing the system. They will make fake financial documents, fake degree and take admission in fake colleges in US. Will land in US and start working in 3 months by getting a CPT. CPT is for work related to your course but they will again ditch system and will work anywhere they can get money. They will do all classes online and wait till they get someone to sponsor H1. This is typical course of action these people take who are trapped now.
All these students baring few of them are not innocent, they went there with the same purpose for which they have been charged for.
Indian Attitude got them in it, they thought they can bend law and then make cry baby and US justice system will give in. People should learn to obey the law of the land.

No mercy to such people and in fact govt should investigate these students how did they procure financial documents to land in US.

If you call 911 in America, the response is
1. Why did you come to America?
2. Why don't you go back to your country?

No sympathy should be shown to such students

No mercy or sympathy should be shown to such students. The Indian Embassy should not waste its time in helping such potential "Traitors". These students who go to the US to study, do so with an intention to get employment there, stay there, get a green card and finally US citizenship. How many such students after getting their degree in US,come back to India and work here? So there is absolutely no need to feel sorry for such students.

In future, a new rule should be introduced. Whenever an Indian student wants to go to US, UK etc for higher studies, the GOI should take a bond from them that they will come back to India and work here. If they dont do so, their properties in India will be confiscated and they will be stripped off their citizenship.

Nice thought but then the GOI should also give them scholorship for studies. You sound like an indian politician who only knows to dictate and not understand.
