We need to change the structure of our parliament into Jail Custody . Then this jail will be ranked as best of all . Total expenditure for daily expenses incured on each inmates will be to the tune of 5 CRORE spend per day which otherwise is spent on holding daily parliamentary session. Tenders must be brought out for immediate as more cases are likely to tumble as Technology reaches and touches every one lives.
Has this reporter ever been to or seen an Indian jail? The conditions are horrific -the food, the toilets and 10 in a cell,sleeping on stone floors......the list could go on. But of course this does not apply to the 'ruling class' (who replaced the British).

dear bro, u seem to have a victim mentality sypmtoms.. if at all it is true abt the shooting of non muslims in kuwait . cant blame islam for it. these kuwaiti arabs were pirates before they got lucky wit oil.. even an indian muslim faces the same type of bias and abusive behaviour .. but dubai arabs are not like that .. the word kaffir , is not a bad word, just a refrence to people who dont accept a one god existence, there were kaffirs in arab world also , till they accepted islam. and the wine and virgin part ,, is surely added by u to spice it up.. indian embassies are always quiet on any issue related to unskilled labour ,, hindus are enjoing in dubai, malaysia , egypt ,, so, dont have t0 panic .

but that is only an hour a day...(or twice a day) for an office goer. Mumbaikars wont complaint and goes happily with their small life in the crowded compartments and apartments. And get a raw deal and some terrorist incidents.
Instead of blaming everything on the migrants it would have been better if proper facilities were demanded. oh no how stupid of me! in a country of 120 crore who cares human lives.

mumbai howrah mail when u get inside general compartment from Igatpuri station it is as bad as the jail over crowded why not momta didi travel one such nightmarish journey from igatpuri to howrah so that she will get the sence of our agony?

i guess you didnt read the previous article about the Norway prisons and why they give those luxuries. Prisons are not just meant for punitive deterrance but also for correction so that the inmate be a good citizen to be assimilated in the society.
In Norway the crimes are miniscule, wonder what is the crime rate in these countries with the notorious prisons. I guess they serve as breeding ground for more crimes.
What is required is not inhuman punishment but more conviction rate so that every one fears being caught for any crime.
