In villages it is said Fence Grazing the Plant. Its not surprise that these two departments are corrupt. Its news if they are not. The entire indian administrative system, is totally corrupt and the majority of indian mindset has adjusted to corrupt system and practices.
Until the mindset of indians changes, corruption cannot be removed from this country.
in our fake democracy people lost every thing to politicians, Today each and every profitable business is politicians monopoly, Each and every profitable sport body headed by politician, Each and every temple trust which attracts huge sum of donation money headed by politician. If you have to start a business you can't start without blessings of our politicians. even if a politician does't want you can't even lodge a police complaint. What else is left for common men in this country ?

You are absolutely right. The politicians are where the money is. Where there is no money, they simply don't care. Money and power are complimentary. Hence, they are where the money is. It is just not temple trusts , but many of the so-called ashrams are sponsored by them.They are havens for hiding black money. No ashram is ever raided or checked by any govt authority. They are free to operate on their own terms and conditions. So common man has a few duties - vote, pay taxes and don't complain. At best you can keep grumbling , hold intellectual talks and discussions and participate in protests. The politicians have only rights and no duties. This is sham democracy. Politicians of hues and shades are party to this.
The Income Tax commissioner was boasting yesterday that he has raided Mammotty & Mohan lal leading film stars in Malayalam industry, why these duputy commissioners not raid the politicians including chidamburam & manomoghan singh, sonia, rahul. Do they want the permmssion of Pranab mukherji to raid these leaders.

they do not raid persons like kiadmbaram because chidambaram only gave him posting in that area after taking Rs. 50 lakhs and allowed that IT commissioner to earn crores by the way of corruption. In Kerala only before 5-6 years one Central Excise & Customs Commissioner viz. Arun Khadatre was trapped while accepting bribr of Rs. 20,000/- and was sent to jail for 15 days in judicial custody. Nothing happened to that corrupt Khadatare. On this 31.05.2011 he has retired from service and that Arun khadtare (BEGGER) is getting pension as well. That Aurn Khadatare was in Nashik as Addl. Commissiomer and use to beg from all the ataff. He is a borned begger.

Why did not the BJP govt. raid Sonai Gabdhi? Has she opened an account in Swiss bank as alleged by some hot head? The BJP is such rumors for years from Bofors days.
What had stopped BJP to expose the so called criminal in her. Tell me a single instance, where they have tried to take some practical effort based on their allegations.
It i very easy to allege, but you know you are lieing. That is why BJP president has to regret party's stand on Soinia's account in foreign bank when she confronted the allegation.

Recently Honourable, venerable Italian (----------)person and her Italian Son went abroad in a fully chartered plane with her advisers etc and transferred the money to Italian Vatican banks. Now the money is untraceable. As Italian State is nearly bankrupt this is necessary. There fore a large number of orders are to be given to Italian firms including one for IAF fighters. India is a proxy colony of Vatican now.

Every two months, we see Water Board digging for water connection, then cable guys, sewage guys and then roads. None in coordination nor with vision or planning in advance.
Indian Governance and Political parties are working in same manner as MCH does. One goes for fencing and other goes for de-fencing.
Alreay, Adhaar and PAN are done. Who will put those in dustbin?.
How can be a legislation enacted or budget be allocated with no accountability, no foresight nor checks and balances irrespective of who is ruling as bureaucracy and apparatus of government will NEVER change for every 5 years?.
Is change of governance is JUST to dismantle the existing and redo with different governance label or political party label?.
Awareness among citizens that apparatus of governmant comprising jurists, bureaucrats, and police or intelligence agencies will never change except the governments and their governance to spend state exchequre funds. With no prudence in spending state exchequer funds, even the governance should be made accountable.

The way the corruption cases are coming to light daily basis it seems all govt deptts, PSUs, Govt subsidised orgs including PMO are full of corruption. Govt & Opposition are corrupt. What aam aadmi do then?? Who ever is raising voices agaisnt corruption like Annaji, Ramdev are being thrashed. What is in stores for the common Indians???

Manish easily compares his bill with what is happening in US or other countries. The logic is so stupid. People know how Govts in other countries work in comparison to that in India. So, let not futile excuses be given.
Two issues come to mind : 1) Who will monitor the Intelligence community? Will it be people from the same corrupt Govt system? 2) How can a corrupt system monitor another system suspected to be corrupt?
Till we bring accountability,nothing will be achieved. No one can touch a govt. servant upto the age of 60, whether works or does not, whether corrupt or not, whether sincere or not. All govt. servants must retire on army pattern where a Lt.Col. retires at 50 and Jawan at 40. If anyone is to continue he should be given 5 years term renewable on the basis of performance.
