The only way to settle the Kashmir problem is simple. Give arms to Kashmiri Hindus and let them defend their own properties just like in Isreal. The problem wil be setteled. Once the extermist will know that there is no free meal then they will seek some other proper source of livelihood. Even Kasab was a two bit goonda. As soon as he faced fire at CST station from a single rifle he fled.

Another solution is to scrap Article 370 and allow all Indians to settle in Kashmir.

what is doing Sonia gandhi of Nehru family..? Why dont insist for human right NGO to work there in kashmir to save these pandits? When will she get time from making scams?
kashmiri pandits ancestral property shall be declared high-priority protected heritage & be given facilities like repairs & all living facilities including security to enjoy their life as they were doing for generations back. this will be considered as a justice given to the sons of the soil in the civilised kashmir.

If Kashmiri pandits wish to return method is simple. Give them land, money and arms training. Arm them with AK 47s and good rifles etc. Then let them face terrorists at even level. Isreal does it very sucessfully. If pandits are ready to defend themselves they will get their land. then we will see who misses whom

Better still. Create a buffer zone where Isrealis will be kept along side tibetean border force. Both of these have stronger spine and fighting skills than the corrupted Indians. If you want to corrupt Kashmir more, then keep a million UP guys and a million Tamilians there.
