You are right as far as it is for the common man is concerned. But the people who took Sanyasa will be buried after the soul left the body.
Now, you may be knowing this already, that in the ancient Hindu tradition a man's life is complete if he follow the four steps with Brahmacharya first, then grahstha (married/family life), next vanaprastha (a process of renunciation by living forest with minimum means of life), and finaly Sanyasa (a process to self realization). But most cannot follow all four of these and usually ends up in second stage (Grahastha). So they all are cremated.

its okay, bury or fry or dump, its all the same, dont you worry, baba will come back.
I am in deep sadness, have been crying for past three days since baba's death, never in my lifetime have i cried except when princess diana died i cried more.
It is ridiculous to read that the funeral of the HOLY SAINT will be a private affairs.I am sure The Holy Saint's heart will BLEED and his soul cannot accept the attrocities of the people taking such an unilateral decision.The saint born poor and lived for the poor then why this raw treatment to his DIVINE AND GENUINE FOLLOWERS.BABA I sincerely pray you must come back soon to access the attrocities carried on by your so called DEVOTEES.Plz BABA for the sake of the poor and general masses plz do come back,and we are eagerly waiting with open arms to receive you once again .

he was a joker.... he was magician.... he fooled people.... he took the black money from rich people and used some of them for charity purpose... he left back 1 lac crore which he could have used but he choosed not to use it... why did he need such a huge money when he was a saint.... with his death all the doors are closed... may his soul rest in peace
See the good things he had done,how many of the richer people in india had done,even governments could not do this best.catch people doing right rather.finding fault is easy.s.anand kerala

totally agreee... but he fooled people by doing simple magics that also has to be accepted... he should not have done that...

Who is going to prove this point, whether, he had fooled the people or your are fooling yourself.
