What inflation ? What poverty ? USA supplies coffee cup at Rs 340 more than India, so who is really corrupt, one who does it for 35 times lesser cost or who is scamming people charging 35 times more ?

Buddy....In that sense cup of coffee in US is only 8 dollars which is cheap compare to rs 10, plus US is not tea exporter.India is exporter of Coffee and sugar.Then coffee in india should have been much cheaper,Why it is not?

in USA, McDonalds sells coffee for 99c for a 9 oz cup, with free refils while in their restaurant. That's about 45 INR for slightly over 250 ml of coffee.

If you're from forward caste community you can be corrupt and escape from prosecution/punishment. Because BC/SC/ST/Minority communities have no Reservations in Indian Supreme Court.

The AICC General body meeting for the year 2012 will be held in Tihar jail for the convenience of all Congress leaders including Prime Minister and UPA Chairperson. Already preparations are there for making the Jail as a permanent venue for UPA Cabinet meetings.

After Shanti bushan doubts are already in about how this whole thing is being built up.Actually the media showed sudents shouting and thus created the euphoria.The movement is not that big. Has there been any brake on corruption after this whole thing? No!These people are just jacking up anna and now he wants to go on fast in UP.They starting comparing him to Gandhi.Gandhi was from aristocratic background , educate in best places and people with him were persons of unparalled integrity. Anna has old retired govt officers who have nothing to do as their kids either migrated or do not care for them.He is not educated beyond 12 th standard. These oldies while in Service never opposed the corrution. Was corruption not there at that time when they worked? How many times they demanded the CBI enquiry against their bosses or against their minister?Now they suddenly want this and that.The initial hype has already vanished after the misdoings of Shashi Bhushan came to light.You remember How famously Kalmadi used to be cheered by his followers in Poona. Today they are beating his pictures with shoes.This group or panel is already passe as far as Indian Public is concerned - let nobody mistake about it.Now I believe not one student will shout like they were shouting.Good by to this panel- it is alreadty a failure after what we know about Shanti Bhushan. His friends are publishing articles that graves must not be dug. And what exactly Lawyers do when they go to Fight Compensation case

Hello Misra or what ever be your real name.. Did any one of us need to know what this media says about Shanti Bushan and other civil society members. We all know media belongs to whome. Its the same Arvind Kejriwal / Anna hazare who led from the front to force the Govt for the RTI Act as the constituted one. Look what happened after that. You have series of Scams opened up for general public to see whome they have chosen now and before. Now the same Arvind Kejriwal /Swami Ramdev/Anna who files the Public Petition against CWG Scamsters and given more than 370 pages of details to Delhi Police. What happened after that.. Kalmadi is now in Jail, although a bit late, but yes within 4 months of Police Compliant and Petition in Supreme Court. Now wait for 4th June for the even bigger Mass Movement, and see what happens. I am sure people like you who are there to instill negative and depressing attitude would also get benefitted. If you can't do any better to society, atleast don't bark against who does make difference

I think he is posting it in behalf of CWC. There is no question who is Anna and Shashi Bhushan. The question is corruption; no one should deviate from topic just because some people in the country want us to do so. No one in this world doubts that Mahatma Gandhi was one of the greatest leader but we also know that he was not the greatest student when it comes to education. Education does not make people great and eligible to do good things. Poster of the comment should change mentality. Mentality like this and ignorance are two major cause for corruption not Shashi Bhushan.
Also, please do not compare Mahatma Gandhi with Anna. You can find billions of followers of Mahatma Gandhi but Mahatma Gandhi is only one. Poster does not understand meaning of follower. You can not and must not compare Meera Bai with Giridhara Gopala.
You need a crusader to get rid of Short Sight including the author with adequate quantity. I did remove this in a desert on different tribes, clans and cliquish minded people like this author, with their idoltory and totems instead of looking on the issue of CORRUPTION broadly over here.
Never in these many lines of articles , no mention of United Nations effort atleast once in the whole article or previous articles on rediff and the author looks building some mascots and totems rather than fighting the issue of corruption.
What will this rogue do , if tomorrow Mayawati wants his mascot Ambedkar or tottem to get wider attention too?. What will the author do, if another character Savarkar followers wants his totem and take his ideology not read by current generation of indians like another character Gandhi .
Are people fighting for attributing the credit to Anna Hazare, (...)Gandhi(..) who died ..., Kejriwal?. It is just a draft, a collection of recommendation, suggestions, purpose and various ways of addressing the corruption. No guarantee, the draft will be accepted as it is or no guarantee , the draft will not be altered.
The committee won the chance of drafting the bill, that is what is more important to you NOW. Go ahead, put your resources and efforts in coming out with good draft rather than fighting for some George Washington hype of credit for drafting the bill.
You have Gandhi Spectales, White Dress, and cap. There are some more missing...
