Its actually other way. By enforcing strict child labour laws population should be controlled as producing kids is their religious duty and no other way to stop it.

Crime Capital of India Delhi added another feather in the cap - Child Labour. The seat of governance of India - All the cabinet ministers our parliament and ofcourse Sheela Dizzit cannot help the poor women folks and children of delhi.
Why children work, as their parents are unable to feed them, why as all money is eaten by govt. servants in their salaries and perqs. remaining by politicians for greedy projects, where they can mint money, is anyone bothered for 40 crore Indians who are not having a job of even Rs.100 per day, still no revolution, tolerance only, no voice, nothing, they are like insects. Neither govt. servants nor politicians feel any shame for this.
It is shame on both Sonia and Sushma. Why Sushma is silient now????????????????? For BJP this is not the issue. Both Sonia and Sushma should be charged with abating the murder of innocent boy. In their corupt poltics they do not care about Child labour at all.

Did they force the children to work? What were the parents doing? Why did they produce children if they cannot look after them??

For GOD sake, dont make such stupid statement. I don't know why you want to bring susma here. I agree she is reponsible to raise this issue in parliment. I am sure she will do that.. by the way, susma is not a superficial person who knows every thing. She can handle only if the information goes to her / if the information is published in the news channel.
