The actual Golden Hawk looks similar to the one made by Aamir Khan in 3 idiots, battery life is of 30 mins, can fly upto 100 feet max, capable to see at night. Looks like just another toy to me. DRDO needs to grow up. I would never call this an UAV.

Seems more like a Drone. It should be put to operational service with immediate effect on the borders for carrying out Drone Attacks on the miscreant pakistani cutlet mosquitoes & their artillery marshes. Why harrass Indians?

The latter seems most likely after the phone-tapping episode having singed the Kangress asses.
Old Mahindra jeeps :Replace those with swanky cars with beautiful colour,red light,yellow light.In all developed country,police has a respectful life style,just like our navy or army.So,our police should also get respect.
Remove pot belly and Pan chewing habit:The pot belly makes Indian police look like jokers,so ensure strict discipline.Pan chewing habit is another dirty habit,please ban it.
Recruit handsome man/beautiful woman into police force:I have met police in several countries and they look so handsome,smart,polite.Our ugly ones should be sent to some cargo handling job and smart people should be appointed.
Change khaki uniform(just like GandhiTopi):This khaki uniform reflect low life.Please change it.India police should wear good quality dress,colour can be navy blue pant and light blue shirt with design in it.
Furniture in police station: Please replace all 50 year old chairs and tables.Put new colourful plastic furnitures.Break all dirty stations and build tall wonderful new police station.
Torn register,old type writer: Please throw out old dust filled register copies and type writer system.Make everything IT based.
Hotline: please implement 101 phone number through out the country and police should reach the place within 10 minutes of a complainents call to 101 number.No one should be required to go to police station,search police man to report burglary,car accident,etc..many thanks...

Some of the changes you suggest are good. But discriminating on the basis of looks is the most underdeveloped thought process that I have come across.

I mean atleast 30% handsome people should be included,some part of my comment is sarcastic,take it with a pinch of humour :)
..even if a person is not so good looking,if he dresses well,he looks smart..our police force needs to look tidy,disciplined and handsome..

Thats would one of the best revolutions I would love to see in my life time - even if takes any cotribution i will more than happy to contribute - but how to kick start the process to make it happen? thats the question of life time .
to assuage the hurt feelings of terrorists, the paki pm geelani (an islamic name opposite of hindu name sukhani, following conversion at sword point) has applied to usa for uav technology transfer. he is also hoping he will get it free. 'laooo kbar
