Congress have some dirty agenda
by vijaya kumar on Apr 19, 2011 04:53 PM

Anna Hazares movement has already been hijacked and side tracked by Sibal,DigVijay and CD Amar Singhs. He is surroundered by corrupt and bogus NGOs like Swami Agnivesh. Unless Hazare inducts right and brilliant politicians ,Chankya brains like Dr.Swamy and others this Jan Lokpal bill is going to fizzle out. Congress is playing a double game. On one hand they are agree with Anna Hazare over Corruption problem (may be pretending) and on the other hand they are trying in different ways to put the non congress members in bad light, to highjack the whole agenda. Congress have some dirty agenda. May be they want to save sonia, mms, rahul & co. from public anger. It appears that they have agreed to include civil society people to draft the bill only due to the elections going on in four states so that public anger should not be reflected in the voting.

Stating fact is pessimistic for a congis, when it is not in his interest. If collectively, we foolishly allow the vatican congis to get away with anti-India activities, it can only be stated so!

lok pal
by Lakshmanan Kalimedukaliannagoun on Apr 19, 2011 04:22 PM

Every responsible Indian should allow the Lokpal come into force at the earliest. Any diversion in the name of betterment will only spoil the spirit of the movement.
ank.
One wonders where these revolutionary bodies were when Italian tradesman fooled everyone inluding the PM without whose knowledge money was drawn from London bank.

Over enthusiasm and attempting perfection will only help national plunderers.

Why not all party agree that anyone found guilty prime facie on corruption/criminality will be unseated till gets clean chit, There is no need of a LOKPAL,But due to acceptable corruption in politics, none is interested rather interested to milk the tax payers.

Corruption is biggest killer of happiness and democracy
by sathyam guda on Apr 19, 2011 04:15 PM  | Hide replies

Corruption is 1000 kinds and almost 90% of us indulge in. However the fact is the at least 85% of those who indulge in corruption (not including business people, employees of all kinds attender to ward boy to clerks to petty officers to big time guys)have no alternate but pay bribes and get going their mundane life. Go to a bank - they need address prof - so go to govt office and pay bribe. Need address change - go to govt office and pay bribe. some mistakes awere there in spelling of your name or some wrong entries in ration card or photo ID card etc got govt office and pay bribe. Adhar card - you have to go some office and pay bribe. Why all this ? why bank should know you? If I walk in account opening or FD account opening etc should be done? See during elections 1oos of crores are spent? Does this bank knowing its customer has stopped it any where in India? Every where these kinds of laws and rules are making mundane life miserable for people and from this basic level of Identity corruption begins and ends no where. So there must be a full throat fight against corruption if not for the country at least for happy mundane life of all of us

In my experience, Sales Tax Officers, Income Tax Officers and Central Excise officers are quite honest.

Democracy is in peril
by sathyam guda on Apr 19, 2011 04:13 PM  | Hide replies

The nomination of persons by similar names adopted by congress in AP by elections is slap in the face of Democracy. It is sham to Indian democracy. It is death of democracy of India. I am not sure how congress high command has no shame and allowed AP congress to do this. This is LIKE: Thousand men insulting a woman in public glare in the midst of a city or in front of SECRETARIAT (I request all the women to pardon for taking this as example to narrate the kind of democratic elections). If Congress high command has any sense, it should dismiss CM forth with for allowing this kind of nominations. I am saying this not because Jagn is good. He has amassed (inherited) thousands of crores of corrupt money made by his father CM allowed through inexplicable amount of corrupt means. I am saying this only because it will create wrong precedence and now on in every election every party will do this. Just like corruption was allowed to grow to todays levels by Post independence Governments and just like population was allowed to grow to todays levels by post independence Governments, if this kind of dummy nominations are not stopped now and here forth with this becomes unstoppable feature of Indian Democracy.
