Anna Hazare is a congress stooge and the whole show was a command performance. The entire drama was cleverly positioned between the end of World Cup and start of IPL. All his supporters (Mallika Sarabhai, Shabana Azmi, etc.) are known BJP baiters and Hindu haiters.

Has anyone even read the bill that he has proposed? You will be shocked how he is planning to give dictatorial powers to people who run foriegn-funded NGOs and make them lokpals with power of life and death over anyone. This is totally unconstitutional as these people have never been fought an election. Only clueless people are applauding this drama.

Casteism is the greatest evil in our society. Everyone should be united to uproot the casteism. It is the main cause for corruption also. So cut the roots(casteism)

I was reading somewhere that if Lokpal bill is implemented babu's will not take decision as also initiatives to resolve issues. It is termed that due to accountability no one will take decision fast.
I think it would be only a temporary phenomena
Further in all offices there is a system of performance evaluation for promotions etc. So if some one is doing things properly he will be caught therein.
I think once Lokpal bill is implemented accountability aspects will automatically taken care of. May be if some hiccups of are there another dose of reforming performance evaluation system.

Anna's Crusade against corruption and efforts to hijack the issu
by banshi srivastava on Apr 15, 2011 09:22 AM

Anna hazare has given details of money collected for his rally etc. This is a very good practice and brings lot of transparency.
Names of persons means they are sympathisers. If we CBI keeps list for such donations it will definitely help in investigations and examining linkages in corruption issues
Mr. Digvijaya Singh - can you please also publish such list donors for rallies being held by your party and also for others too.
Fingures have also been raised on Shanti Bhusan and Prasant Bhusan- In case any thing wrong is found viz. not paying stam duties etc. they must step down.
Anna must ensure immpecable record of members.
Anna please -Do not praise or demean any political leader since it could be twisted as happened in mody's case (you praised). Your intentions are quite clear but let us take all precaution to ensure that focus of bill is not diverted due trivial issues.

Still cannot fathom one thing. If Anna Hazare is not influencable, why did he catapault on his beliefs and opinions on Modi or Nitish just because some people do not agree? Corruption? Well, how many of those proclaaiming to stand by ANNA can claim with a clear conscience that they have been clean all through. How many do you think would not relent on the opportunistic plank of appearing honest if they had the chance to sit in that all important seat of power? Pretending honest is often a good and honourable exit for those who did not make it. making children say, "I am Anna" was utter nonsense and it happened in front of Anna's eyes. How come this treacherous Ramdev Baba becomes clean when he has been selling total rubbish consumables (biscuits, cookies and maybe contraceptives too) in the name of ayurvedic products? How can that self indulgent woman Farah Khan become an Anna crusader? Ram dev stinks. Anna is going for a ride as he is unwittingly surrounded by hyenas anyway.

Agree.
Seems like he got too carried away by the media attention and middle class support.

The lawyers and civil servants that came out to support probably went back and started taking bribes again by now.

i think Paul Theo's grand parents embraced Christianity when Britishers were ruling this country. the motive may have been anything between getting a good govt job, or some monetary benefit, or Desire to eat non-veg(specially beef), or any other reason upon which charlie brown might throw some light. and that's how our beloved charlie brown was born in this hindu nation. he lives indian, eats indian, sleeps indian but his thoughts are of a christian missionary. pl tell where u r from so that a bajrang dal despatch may be sent to your location for the final settlement.

ANNA SHOULD SCREEN HIS SUPPORTERS AND REMOVE THOSE WHO ARE NOT SUITABLE. EVEN PAPPU YADAV IS HIS SUPPORTER. PAPPU IS NO. 1 GANGSTER.
SO HAZARE SHD. SEE THAT HIS NAME IS NOT MISUSED BY CRIMINALS.
BABA RAM DEV IS A FRAUD, HE IS TRYING TO ENTER THROUGH THE BACK DOOR. HE IS SELLING ALL CRAP IN THE NAME OF AYURVEDIC, AND MAKING MILLIONS. HE HAS PURCHASED AN ISLAND. HE IS CHASING POWER AND MONEY, IN THE NAME OF AYURVEDA AND RELIGION AND YOGA.WOLF IN SHEEP CLOTHINGS?

Again we are indulging in idle gossip.Whatever is the hypocrisy we have to acknowledge the direction given by Anna.It is for us to carry forward. The evil today is not alien occupation but our own selfish demagogues. We have a a characteristic quality to look for something bad in everything that happens and generalise outcomes to our own detriment.Let each of us do our little for the sake of posterity if not for ourselves.
