It is common in many towns and cities that rural poor migrant people put up roadside eatable stalls. The water container which is called \'Luta\' is used for serving drinking water to the customers and also for their own use while they go for open latrine.

Some people find roadside pani puri tastier than the food they cook at home
Its a good thing they are doing especially when it concerns our health.. but i would like them to show same intensity in issues of corruption and lok bill etc.
The food consumed in streets is evil for the country. It not only creates traffic & fire hazards , plague risks and destroys genuine businesses - but also helps aliens like bangladeshis to get absorbed in the society without any checking.
The local BMC has invested crores to build sidewalks, and the entire sidewalks have been encroached upon by hawkers making it impossible for the common man to walk on them. The BMC officials in chembur openly collect their haftas and allow the hawkers to sell every thing from bangles to pirated DVDs. May i request the MNS goons, if they are really interested in doing some good to society to get rid of ALL hawkers so that the tax payers can start using the pavements.
The person who was urinating should be hanged till death in public. We know police will not do anything. Pls goahead. U r doing wonderful. Think what happened if somebody eat the same..Cost of medicines are hight. WE cannot tolerate such costs due to due intention of such paav bhaji walas.. Bring culprit to justice.
