Every politician got benefitted during UPA rule. Last time to win vote of confidence, almost many have been paid good amount of money. Later, every minister have been given allocation of funds to be spent and siphon of the money and partly fund back congress to fight next election. It was done successfully. Which govt in India, whether it is state or central, is non-corrupt? If we say, Bihar, Gujarat and Chattisgarh, people say I support BJP. But still we cannot say there is no corruption in these states, even though the intensity at higher level may be very low.
