Multiple purposes to bang Bihar by videshis, but ultimate goal be it bangalore or hyedrabad or bihar, it is all about capitalization.
1. In name charity and partnership, Videshis are looking for capitalization where money buys much more for the capital invested. Once they capitalize the development with their services, products, JOBS, methods, etc. Desis become nirbhaar on it and with their lifestyle altered to suit videshi norms, they cannot get out of it without making slums, ghettos, moving abroad and far more devastation in their life. It is sort of a run of videshi DeEvil, Also, it alters cultural values. It makes some desi capitalist like tatas, airtel, reliance, etc that are capitalized by videshi (or are brokers of videshi technology or are nirbhaar on their business/aid/charity/ products). The local economy is altered in name of modernization and takes a wrong direction. BETTER desi APPROACH would have been local way of life with controlled population without videshi injection. Simple life around work become more complicated

videshi vaccines can decrease population which is still dependence. More chances of opposite where it will increase population out of bound so local resources cannot provide work, thus more rush of poor labor from BIHAR areas to rest of india/abroad AND more dependence on charity of devil who will harvest souls and convert like it does in Africa. So be very careful.
2. Bigger gain is that it buys political capital to control their puppets that rule india.
Desi leaders cannot think far, bitten by technology bug that takes them in destructive direction and it will give base to videshi to spread their poison in the name of modernization.
videshis can create bad situation like haiti where aid is required constantly.
