AMMA WILL BE THE BLESSED ONE IN SRIRANGAM!
by K Mohanan on Apr 06, 2011 12:19 PM  | Hide replies

Amma is going to the Blessed One not only in Srirangam but also in Tamil Nadu. Your attempt to misguide the voters of Srirangam will be foiled by the people there. Lord Ranganathaswamy will help her to win the battle against the EVIL, Karunanidhi.

political face
by R Balasubramanian on Apr 06, 2011 12:05 PM

Jaya has shown the true political face when she contests from Sri Rangam in Trichy Dist. Its utter nonsense of her to say that, she is from Srirangam and she lived her childhood days in Srirangam. If so, why did she not visit her ancestor's home during her past visits to Srirangam? Atleast did she had the curiosity to know where lied her ancestor's home? These are gimmicks and definitely foolish tamils will be carried away by her drama and soothing talks. She earlier contested from Andipatti on two occasions. Have anyone seen the developments there? Its pathetic. The place and people are what they were about 20 years ago. The basic living conditions, sanitary and drinking water is no where to be seen and you can see people (both men and women) urinating on side of roads in broad day light.
I thought people of TN would have learnt prudence from the people of Bihar, but alas, they prefer to remain beggars with freebies.

Thats curse on TN.

brahmin votes
by Informed on Apr 06, 2011 11:58 AM  | Hide replies

Reporter says upper caste wont for an OBC, it shows his anti-upper caste mentality. Truth is brahmins will never vote for DMK, definitely not this time, whether this candidate is OBC or not. In fact, Brahmins don't vote for brahmin candidates as well whichever party is it. What it shows is, brahmin votes are for development of society, not for caste, not for cash and not for freebies. Unfortunately, anti-brahmin attitude is so deep into the society they totally fail to see the truth, including these reporters from tamilnadu.

Brahmins vote not for development as they know to take care of themselves but only to preserve their identity. Ofcourse in TN majority of Brahmins are more or less equal to Thevars and Kallars in their acts and characters.

They can be identified as Brahmins only by self-confession.

attitude of Brahmins in TN is totally different and majority favour MK as they are either serving in government departments are teachers who have been well taken care of by MK government. YOu will be surprised to find MK photo in prominent brahmin families in many major cities of TN - Trichy, Tanjore, Coimbatore, Madurai, Tirunalveli and Chennai city.

Excellent write-up
by Guru Prasad on Apr 06, 2011 11:52 AM

Nicely written report with decent background study. Kudos to Saisuresh. Please note that there are many kannadigas with this Srirangam in Trichy (Tamil Nadu) as origin. If DMK guys are not aware of this, then they have not done the homework.
