US should allow Indian - NIA, CBI and other Indian Security Agencies to conduct and enquiry, which will reveal the truth of Terrorists links with ISI and Pak Military. Otherwise - US Govt, Congress and US-Security Agencies are cheating their own people and keeping the life of their own US Citizen under more and more risk.
That this is the same horrible Jihadi creature that beheaded journalist Daniel Pearl in front of cameras because he was a Jew. Now the US Military will deal with him and give him his 'dues' No more Obama protection under guise of civilian court. The US Public pressure has brought about this change.

civilian court can drag on and on and its very liberal with less severe punishment....compared to military tribunal in gitmo bay .
just like we are having kaasab drama dragging on costing 100 crore of tax payer money.
in military only one court ...decision cannot be appeaLED.
