That a court judgement is possible. This can happen only in India. The biggest of democracy, cleanest of them cannot afford this Judgement except for our great country.

But sadly Mother Theresa died in a confused state, why God did not meet her. She was sad that even after all the service she did there was no God to honour her work. Sad but True. People forget in a trance...i.e Maaya that what we consider good is unversal good. There is no such thing as help and not help.

I would be surprised if the judgement will be really controversial... in all likelihood, it would look like this:
since it is of title suit, it will be won by muslims, but the judgement will also state that... ...and yes, it was true that mir baqi or somebody else had indeed destroyed a temple to build the mosque, based on the report of ASI
