by chintan jhunjhunwala on Sep 22, 2010 12:29 PM

the basic problem is avaibility of maternal health facilitie to the underprivileged and family education.the main population exploson is happening in that economic group which makes the data very alarming.if u see the living standard of this group near open drains and canals wonder how the casualty is still so low.

It's very easy to put the blame of each and every evil on Congress. You tell me what steps have the others taken to highlight the issues haunting our country and demand accountability from the government? Does anybody raise real issues at all, both at Center and state levels? Congress doesn't rule all the states, all the time. The only contribution of opposition parties, until now, has been to create hatred and chaos among our people, highlighting mostly trivial issues and not even looking at the real issues. We talk about these issues only when some outsider shows a mirror to us.

The first blame goes to rulers and then the opposition.

A person who is ruling is responsible for everything that happens.

Your argument is very funny , would you say the same thing if BJP would have been in power today ? no you would be spitting venom here.

Wake up before it is too late.

we are mosquitoes not human beings

1000 pregnant women die everyday. Indians do not feel anything about that. but when terrorist kill 10-15 people, people make lot of noice and show drama that we really care lives. i am not justifying terrorism. but we must consider the value of life in any kind of death whether it is while robbery, road accident or pregant women, which has been ignored. that is hypocricy. are the people who die in terrorist attach only valuable while others dying in several way not. that i meant to say. Every year equivalent to Australia population 25 million kids added in India population. What will happen one day. But nobody has given thought to it. They are buys doing politics in the name of caste, religion etc. Whose mistake is this government?. If every year 50 million people coming out of poverty because of Economy growth but same time next 50 million adding also. In Mumbai local train every year 4000 people die. But people take it very light nor the population or the govt has taken it seriously. This turn can come to anybody who ignores this. What is safety for passenger while traveling on road, train etc. Indians think that some day we are going to die any way, why to worry so much about this figure. They think it is nashib/luck, we have to accept it. What will happen if sizable population remains unsatisfied of better living conditions.

India needs a mahatma again
by Omanchandy on Sep 22, 2010 11:40 AM  | Hide replies

If the news is true then it is shame for our Govt, our scientists and doctors, we can’t prevent the death of 15000 children but we want to land on moon, we can’t take care of our poor but we want rupee to be international currency, what is this nonsense going on.
All these apathies because of our bureaucracy and corrupt politicians and partisan politicians who want to do a bang on Hindu Muslim unity, India Pak enmity and India China differences.
All the apathies going on because of one madam who is brainless and one man sardar with no head, he wants to make Ambanis, Tatas the richest in world but at the same time he wants the country’s poor to be poorest in the world. Kudos MMS you are successful in your aim of destroying India and you will be remembered in history as present day Raavana. BJP politicians are not lagging behind; in fact they are hand in hand with congress to eradicate poor’s and poverty.
India needs a revolution and a new mahatma Gandhi and not pseudo Gandhi like Rahul most of country’s illiterate remembers the Gandhi dynasty as the heirs of Mahatma Gandhi where mahatma is no where connected with this pseudo Gandhi

My opinion is that india is poor today because of mahatma Gandhi. Gandhi worshiped poverty, was against industrialization. If he ad his way, everybody would be still using charkha today. Thats why we are spineless because we chose gandhi who was no more than a politician in the garb of a saint.

Subhash chandra bose, bhagat singh, Ambedkar were the leaders with far more credibility and dignity than gandhi. Gandhi did not want bose to become the president of congress. He was no more than a politician.

HOW TO ERADICATE POVERTY
by v vv on Sep 22, 2010 11:40 AM

We discussed this subject at one of the top 5 Star hotel in the USA / having the most expensive liquor with an excellent spread of most exquisite menu on the table, and most of the diplomats arrived at the venue by arriving in legacy carriers in First Class, using the best cars available at their disposal. Finally, the meeting ended without any agreement with the comments as the Donor Countries are not contributing sufficiently to eradicate poverty, and all their contributions are spent only in meeting the administrative expenses of the concerned department in the UN.
We will discuss this subject again after 6 months

Darwin’s theory
by aksriv on Sep 22, 2010 11:33 AM  | Hide replies

His great theory of evolution states “It only the fittest who would survive on this planet”. Hence whether rich or poor, good or bad (terrorist), moral or immoral, whoever would be mentally and physically stronger would get through. The rest would be eliminated naturally or by man-made weapons.

There are no invaders. All are original Indians, except for Parsis or Mughal/Persian/Iranian Muslims or Anglo Indian Christians who are now proudly Indians. The Aryan invasion theory is a farce and was conceptualised during Bristish rule but the British to spread a feeling that they are not alien and they are decendants of Aryans so they can continue their oppressive rule. This was also used as thier divide and rule policy to create regional tensions. This theory was formulated on April 10th, 1866 in London at the Royal Asiatic society. There records of it.
