The Delhi police seems to have their hands tied on this issue!! Any investigation must necessarily be directed at finding out "whodidit" and not waste time on “whodidnotdoit" To make claims like a "local gang was involved" are meaningless. If it so why don’t the name the gang ... leaders of the gang etc!! Law enforcement should never be over ridden by considerations like Bihar elections or the governments need for vote banks etc !!
