The India Independence Agreement signed by Pndt Nehru and counter signed by Lord Mountbatten, has a special clause on Kashmir which says "in the event of crisis in Kashmir,the will of the people of Kashmir shall be ascertained"i,e, Referendum.Nehru went back on it and the rest is History.That is why,the entire West even now supports Pakis on Kashmir issue,though the cris is was deliberately engineered by Pakis through Pathan Raiders way back in 1947.

good one .. a real eye opener for those who see the luxurious side of army life and forget the personal trauma they suffer everyday by being so away from family and civilian life. According to a recent survey more number of army men are killing themselves due to frustration and pressure than being killed by enemy. PM or any govt should always give whatever promised benefits to the army asap.
