before election people should have to use this to know more about candidates. This is subject to transperent informations are available with dept, whis is doubtful. Most of the Politicians are not having dare to decalre everythings about themselves. Unfortunatelely out of 1 lac voters if 1000 can vaote for 5 candidates theneven a cadidate who got 201 vote will be decalred as winner. This is our election system!!!!

so who do u want ...sharad Ji, Lalu Ji, Maya Ji, Advani Ji, Modi Ji, Mamta Ji, Karuna Ji, MMS ji, Diggy Ji, NDTiwari Ji...
The point is the choices are so weak anyway.. atleast the 3Gs you mentioned while we all would wish we can grow away from them ... seem to be the centrifugal force that keep things united ...else imagine the centripetal tendencies that we would be impacted to...don't like it myself..but harsh truth ..till someone else of charisma who can be that centrifugal forece and for long (not a short term mayasma)

@KP Dont know what was in ur mind before writting abt these 3G... Dude the people u are talking abt atleast have no genuine allegation like Lalu with chara... Advani with Babri mosque.. Bangaroo laxman for bribary.. Kalmadi for current CWG fiasco you name it the politician and there will be things that are related to corruption.... Atleast u should understand these guys are holding govt together otherwise we will again get into the political unstability that we faced during 96 to 99... and if we need progress we need political stability.. We are second fastest growing economy right now and that is what matter... people say our economy in auto pilot mode but the make our economy rolling it was Dr Manmohan Singh whos visionary dicisions made us look this day... so why are you crying about...
It is a great work indeed. Not to take the credit from Vivek Gilani, how to reach to the grass-root people who are the chunk of the voters who decide the outcome of the election. We should popularise the communication medium because of 95% of the population doesn't have access to the internet. Those who have the internet do not vote.
Good job, Buddy! There are many of us who crib about the political system in India. But very few, like you, have guts to take up such a bold initiative and make a difference. Wish you all the very best!
Kudos to Vivek for his effort. We truly need such endeavors to bring accountability to the system. I wish him all the best and hope that the database expands to cover all the politicians of the country. Care must be taken that effort doesnt get derailed by commercialization/politicization and this can be a good turning point. Just for the sheer effort, Vivek deserves a civilian award.
