I hope it does not rain today, if it does then people will be certainly forced to take one of these. Also the MeterJam day can be observed on a monthly basis, on the Bus day in bangalore so there are ample buses on the streets causing less inconvinience.

Not just rain, what about people coming from other places in railway stations and airports? How will they carry their luggage?

those who want to boycott, they can, you idiot. this is a voluntary boycott.
we are tired of getting taken for a ride! we the people should fight against the high handedness of the auto/ taxi lobbies. evryone has a lobby - but no one is for the customers!
