If Bihar leaders are full of crimanals then I pity Bihal locals. No wonder why all Biharis have to come to Delhi and Mumbai for survival. After all no outsider can come and clean ur mess. CLean it ur self.

Not only Bihar add UP - Delhi - West Bengal - Orrisa they have migrated to all the parts of India.
Why is mumbai less currupted simple most of need are met by private company which are efficient and honest. In bihar they all depend on govt to fulfill all the needs. thats why govt and neta rule them. Its time educated people of Bihar to create space for smooth running of business that creats jobs. These neta and govt will become useless automatically.
Wonder if our system has degenerated and gone beyond a point of no return? In order to avoid criminalisation in politics, first we need to expedite our judicial system for which ample of courts and judges are required. Cases against any one including politicians must be settled as soon as possible so that no one will be living under the shadow of doubt. Then the EC can easily weed out those with criminal record from standing for elections.Unfortunately in India, money and muscle can buy almost anything and little hope of things improving. We will never become a super power until and unless we prove that our democracy is mature and corruption is eliminated in all levels.
that's what democracy is all abt!!! only those with muscle/money power want to acquire political power to have a free hand in the society to supress the poor and under previlaged people.
