Muslim Leaders and Clerics would not like this issue to be settled out pof court as it does not suit thier interests of vote bank and community leadership. These people does not care for the common man and would like to keep the issue alive as long as possible.

As long as the con rulers have a tight grip on the nation, we get to see sham democracy and one-way non-returning secularism.

U should buy a one way ticket to nepal, why u forget when u come here by khybar canel and devided this country people on the basis of cast. Bharat Jalao Party never get sucess in their dreams.
If he is so much concerned about faith over law, then govt. should ban more than one marriage and burkha. As it is too against the law but their faith/belief has kept it alive
