Decision taken in haste BTW there might be some fault of those 2 students who refused to pay as well, anyways bottom line is that all 3 of them paid very very dearly, and people should avoid fighting over minor issues as they can turn out like this
Had there been IPC, this case could run atleast 20 years and then another 10 more years in different courts. If culprit is muzee, then no chance to hang !!
