If Raja & Co is guilty of accepting bribe in 2G Scam, then Nira Radia is equally liable as a facilitator, thus should be booked for Criminal Conspiracy as well.
We are forgetting these black sheeps like Nira, Barkha, Vir Singhvi who are the channels to connect these politicians and beauracrats. Unless these corrupt channels are disconnected, we will not be able to solve the issue but only make some individuals like Raja a scape goat.
If Barkha and Vir were trying to collect NEWS from Radia by speaking to her in a compromising tone,why DID THEY NOT PUBLISH THAT NEWS (that lobbying was being done on behalf of Raja by so and so)? They will say:- "just to continue getting NEWS from RADIA so that they can publish the same in the autobiographies" CAUGHT NAKED. They are not working as journalists. They are working for somebody on payment like Radia.

WE ALL KNOW ABOUT BARKHA ABOUT HER BIASED VIEWS AND HER CORRUPT CHARACTER....EVEN BEFORE THESE TAPES PEOPLE TALKED IN THIS AND OTHER FORUMS ABOUT HER....BUT THE REAL CATCH IN THESE TAPES IS VIR SANGHVI....HE TRIED TO KEEP A VERY CALCULATED AND CONCOCTED COOL ABOUT HIMSELF...THOUGH HIS VIEWS WERE IRRATIONAL AND BIASED TO THE CORE, HE CLAIMED THAT HE WAS APOLITICAL....HE WAS A GREAT FAN OF MMS AND SONIA AND EVEN AB VAJPAYEE...THE NOW IRRELEVANT BJP LEADER..BUT THAT WAS JUST TO IMPROVE HIS CREDENTIALS AS AN UNBIASED WRITER...ALTHOUGH ONE CAN SEE THAT WITH THE PASSING OF EACH DAY HIS PRAISE OF MMS AND SONIA WAS GETTING LOUDER AND LOUDER EVEN AS THEIR CREDIBILITY WAS GOING TOWARDS LOWER AND LOWER LEVELS...NOW IT SEEMS THAT WAS JUST TO SAVE HIMSELF AND TO IMPROVE HIS LEADERS CREDIBILITY WITH THE GENERAL PUBLIC...THOUGH THE PUBLIC WAS WISER THAN HE THOUGHT....SO ALL IN ALL THIS IS THE REAL MAN TO WATCH OUT FOR...HIS CLAIM OF CLOSE PROXIMITY TO NEHRU CLAN IS ALSO NOT FALSE....IF YOU READ HIS ARTICLES WITH ATTENTION, YOU CANNOT BUT HELP TO THINK THAT THIS MAN IS THE MOST TRUSTED ONE OF THIS FAMILY...BUT STRANGELY HE HAS ALSO PUT THEM IN THE DOCK BY HIS TALL CLAIMS...
The larger picture emanating from the tapes only goes on to expose how much paint has been daubed on the likes of Sonia, Manmohan and Tata do portray them as honest people.
In these enlightened times, the sophisticated uber cool journos can justify anything. Am expecting to see a day when somebody justifies the actions of Kasav as an act of tormented soul and needs to be viewed with sympathy. The credibility of the media especially the visual media is zero.

Only thing English speaking public can do is to stop watching NDTV so that company revenue goes does drastically then they realise importance . Barkha is more like broker for congress/Rahul/Sonia. See her recent article in HT about Bihar elections. She did not utter single word inspite of congress loosing badly but started her agenda of bashing BJP. Disgusting journalists like her make people more angry against these media. Barkha it is better you join congress and your puppet government so you can be official spokesperson for congress/rahul
Dutt and Sanghvi have been unabashedly Congress supporters -- let us say agents -- in the media. Their views are well-known, so much so that Sanghvi even dared to call the man his Congress party and his leader Sonia Gandhi fear the most as a murderer. The one interview of Sonia by Dutt portrayed her as a cub reporter doing her first interview, fawning over Madam. A honest journalist would have asked some hard questions. Dutt just did a PR job.
Barkha, Radia, whoever involved should be punished. Otherwise, there will be a boom of such lobbyists. Today TATA, tomorrow any MNC or even a foreign country Govt trying to make a deal for its Companies, picture will become more ugly, in the worst case, lobbying by Pakistan to get kasab extradited.

I agree that Radia was indeed doing her job, nothing illegal. It is her interlocutors in the media who were dishonest and unethical.
