Perhaps Chidambaram should send the correct information to Pakistan. To date 13 dossiers have been exchanged.Its stupid to expect Pakistan to act on half knowledge.
What comes to mind here is how promises has India kept. Its 63 years since Independence and you still hold on to Pakistan's assets. Why do you expect prompt help when you are incapable of giving it?

Pakistan must declare Kashmir as independent country (i.e POK )then India may allow Kashmiris freedom to decide to either stay with India or bw part of new country called Kashmir
