1) Protect Radia so that CBI's masters are safe. 2) Encounter her 3) Drug her and keep her away from giving interviews. The court proceeding will not be in public view. In fact, the court proceedings will just be made up.

not that itsnot capable but when CBI has to investigate as per instructions from PMO, which itself is the prime beneficiary of this grand theft, what is the use of this investigations?
CWG scam, CBI has arrested only officials and not the Ministers involved like Kalmadi and Sheila Dixit. Yedurappa alloted plots illegally to his kins, after getting exposed he has given the plot back. Suppose a thief is caught pickpocketing and gives the money back, whether he will be spared!! Anybody indulging in corruption should be arrested like common man. It should be other way!!
Why so? The influences by interested leaders who help in posting of a CBI officer, makes the man duty bound to obey that helping leader . His 'isharas' then work! If theappointments are done purle by merits without a support from inflencing leaders the officers can function! BUT THATS NOT THJE So inevitables are happening and CBI has lost its credebility.
