yes very true, most of the police men reach the level of commissioners after all through taking and promoting bribes.why should the secret agents trust these policemen who are not even trusted by their own countrymen.Any way for security reasons he has no business to enter after the entry of the 1st lady after all inner security is the responsibility of the secret service

As if Indian police never behaves rudely ?
by V S on Nov 11, 2010 09:28 AM  | Hide replies

what a joke. A pot bellied lathi wielding policeman would get respect from a US secret service agent ?

In US police is strict and has no nonsense approach while ours are lazy and corrupt with no training in the use of firearms .

Bull shit. Here the extermists are an extension of the political system and the police come under indirect control of these goons. If not we are far better off than those yappers.Stop licking American boots for God's sake.

Problem with our system
by Om Shanti on Nov 11, 2010 08:59 AM  | Hide replies

I will not blame our police force or secret agents ,it is problem of our system.

In advanced countries police forces are highly regarded. They are well qualified, their salaries are high, their education level is high and they get best of the cars and vehicles for patroling and creating psychological fear among anti-socials.

But in countries like India, mostly those who cannot get an alternative job or who want to earn by corrupt way select police force.Salaries are peanuts and facilities are worst.A walking policeman with a stick in hand,a heavy rifle in the shoulder,a poverty stricken face and tobacco in mouth cannot get high respect. All police man should be provided small pistols and lathis should be abolished.Further, police no need to keep walking in the street as mentioned above. They should park one sophisticated car with horns, cameras and search light should sit in those cars in street corners.Any disorder like traffic violations or fghtings should be seriously dealth with or amicably resolved by the elite police forces.

So,unless and untill, our government overwhelmly improves the social standard of police forces, these things will continue.

If our system does not respect our police forces, how can secret agents can? Let us not pass the bucks, better modernise our police forces quickly so that they can match with all police forces of foreign countries and donot suffer inferiority complex due to lower education or lower standard of living..

our policemen paint a sad picture...
most of them are overweight with prominent pot bellies...have forgotten how to use a rifle/ pistol even if they have them...
and the rifles are WW2 class, if you aim to hit Tom, it will hit someone's dick :)

by Himesh R on Nov 11, 2010 08:40 AM

Well US agents knew that Indian police is incapable to handle any calamities like in the past, so they had to handle it in their own way.

by Sam on Nov 11, 2010 08:37 AM  | Hide replies

Indian Policemen are probably the worst in the world except the Muslims. They don't even know how to behave but better than Mullahs.

Can anyone really trust them?
by Nishan K on Nov 11, 2010 08:30 AM  | Hide replies

Really, can anyone trust our police?

Whole world knows how our great commandos and police handled 26/11. No excuses please now! They let just 10 Islamic terrorists take control of whole City. They couldnt expose local support for those islamists.

No one can trust them! I wouldnt be surprised if some of them are ISI agents and Dawood recruits.

Our Police force a Ghosty Nature
by Barkar Khajanchi on Nov 11, 2010 07:52 AM

When we see them on duty any where we mostly saw they are busy only to grabbing money from the defaulters and looking to grab more its their nature so US Security agency closely monitored them and after seeing their loose activeness they become rude and taken over the control.
