Idea. With all due respect to Honorable Dr. Kalam, this will be disastrous and will heat up the earth more. When you bring in extra energy that the Earth and its atmosphere is not designed to handle, you are artificially going to increase its entropy. Global warming will be exacerbated by this and may hasten the end of many things on this planet.

It will not. That energy is anyway going to reach earth, scattered to more area. Entropy will be unchaged.
