..while Indian gov't scorns them. GOI has scorned it's own de facto ambassadors abroad, ie. PIO,NRI,OCI who were passionately praising and making India shine globally even though India did not deserve it sometimes. By forcing them to go through hell with new laws pertaining to consular service, retro-active surrender of ancient non-existent Indian passports, etc., they have proven Pakistan has managed to reduce India to it's own level through terrorists like David Headley etc. Now India is killing the people making India shine, namely it's giant PIO, NRI pool.
