The US group is nothing but a dummy which is playing at the hands of our politicians who are garnering the support of muslim vote bank by highlighting the case of Sohrab. Sohrab and Tulsi Prajapat were those kind of criminals whom we hear about in folklore or fables. I salute the police officials who removed these vermins from the face of this earth.
Just ask yourselves why are most encounter specialists in Maharashtra behind bars or running around here and there now...Congress belongs to the muslims...all thse cases are not being fought on merit...they have political overtones...And CBI definitely is Congress Bureau of Investigation...
What is the reason that in most modern societies the investigation and handling of criminal evidence is an exclusive right of the Governments?
Why cannot any private person also explore the evidence and arrive at conclusions, legally and free of government control?
Why have even advanced free societies of White Western countries not developed a system of private investigation of public matters?
Of course those societies do have an effective private system, but it is limited in scope, and serious crimes are exclusively investigated by governments.
In unreformed and therefore unfree societies such as India, this provision of the law is the biggest single cause of criminal activities of people working for or connected with decision making of the governments.
Let there be an experiment with this and let us see the results. Till then such cases will continue unabated.
