its high time an independent and fair investigation is carried out for all the crimes committed by Modi and his goverment.
There is a breakdown of entire judiciary and police mechanism that is being held hostage by the Modi goverment and witnesses are being threatened and forced int giving false accounts.
The perssistent efforts of activists like Teesta Setalvad have helped in get some cases like Sohrabuddin case transferred out of Guj. to the CBI.
Justice must be done and guilty shoudl be punished.
This US based body did not utter a single word when their fellow boys were blasting and roasting Indians in public places. Also ethnic cleansing drove thousands of Hindus from Kashmir valey to refugee camaps. These sermons must be internally communicated first how to be honourable citizens in a pluralistic society and not get the heads going hot.
Sohrabuddin was a hard core criminal, interfering by US Muslims in his case leads to their sympathy with typical Islamic terrorist mentality, which confuse the issue and give wrong signal to all concerned.

India cant even do anything to 17 year old case of 1993 riots acussed-Dawood .

Their [Muslims] game plan is simple. While living in non-muslim countries, demand secular constitution, human rights commission, rights for minorities and free press whereas while in their own countries, apply Sharia, adopt islamic constitution and give very limited rights to othr minorities. Every educated muslim speaks and writes so much about their rights guaranteed under secular constitution of us or any othr christian country, but when their turn comes for speaking against injustices to minorities in muslim countries, they become tight-lipped.
Sohrabuddin was the most peace loving hman being who was killed by Gujarat police. The wole world knows this. i am sure CIA has ample evidence to prove this fake encounter. Do you think the Muslim American Indian association (the reporter got the order incorrect, any muslim is a muslim first, current nationality and then all others cos it suits their need) must have ample evidence to prove his innocence. Nw that the World Moron group has spoken, it is obligatory on the part of Indian goernmnt to prove Sohrabuddin's innocence. I look forward to arrest of a few retired brigadiers from the Indian army for plotting this fake encounter next. BTW, Sohrabuddin is complaining of loneliness amongst the 72 babes granted to him in his curent abode. Time to send some of these folks over there to keep him company.
