He made Bihar his domain; and ruled the state for 15 years, including a term when his wife was the CM. He is quoted in saying that people in Bihar do not need roads, because they don't own cars. They don't need electricity, as children don't need education and study under the street lights. He enriched himself, but made his state a beggar's bowl. He is playing politics by joining the Congress party on many issues, so that his illicit wealth is not probed. He would be called a dirty old man of politics, just like his other contemporaries in smaller parties.
A thief is telling- he is himself a pious one, but rest of us are Thieves???? Congress in back ground pushing Lalu to start Slang on pre election canvassing. During Lalu's regime, Bihar was sucked out its blood and morsels, and bare skeletons were left over. This man deserves Capital Punishment.

Laluji must stop barking and prove Gadkari rght ! The Bihar that waas "exposed" to Bill Gates was the Bihar that lalu destroyed during his multi tenure rule !!! Nitish is doing a good job of trying to recover something !!!!

Bihar's misery which, according to Lallu, is what Rahul is showing Bill Gates is actually the creation of Lallu himself. Nitish has certainly been succesful is repairing most of the undoings of Lallu. There is an old joke which has been on the rounds for more than two decades about Bihar and Lallu. In an evening cocktail in India, the Japanese had said, "Gives us Bihar; we will turn it around in five years." Lallu is supposed to have replied, "Give me Japan. I will bring it at par with Bihar in six months." If Rahul Gandhi is exposing Bihar to Bill Gates, it is with a vision which Lallu myopic eyes and mind cannot even comprehend in his life time. People like Lallu and Mulayam are a bane to society. Mulayam had even talked of blocking the spread of English literacy and computerisation in UP, only because of the fear that development of UP on these lines will cause his political death. Both Mulayam and Lallu are afraid of growth and are therefore a bane to society.

Another one: (this one made the rounds when Lalu was the CM of Bihar) Sonia, Lalu and Devegowda pass away, and obviously reach hell. Yamraj allows them one luxury besides punishment. They are given phone connections each to speak to their kids. All of them speak to their kids. Lalu is busier than the other two since he has too many. By the month end, they all get the phone bills to pay. Sonia: Rs45,356.00. Gowda: Rs36,434.00 and Lalu: Re.1.00. You know why?...................Hell to Hell is local call.
