A Thane Collector post never given to IAS officers, it was alloted to a officals promoted from Tahsildar Rank, and who collects and give money to his political masters. IF GAFOOR IS HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR 26/11, THEN WHAT ABOUT THOSE WHO ARE PAID HIGH SALARIES AND ARE ON SEA AND WATCHING THE BORDERS, AND ON THOSE THE GOVT. HAS FAITH (THE INTELLIGENCE). JUST BY HIS NAME UR GOING, SEE HIS TALENT AND RECORDS.

Actually India is a corrupt nation. Honest officers are being sidelined irrespective of community they belong.
