As per Indian laws and journalism ethics no media outlet is allowed to publish the name and identifiable details of a rape victim. This proves that Rediff neither cares for Law nor Ethics.

What you are saying is that speaking about ministers in every single comment is mandatory and you have the right to dictate what should be commented by others.
