I dont know if ur above SC. But SC has allowed Brothers to operate mines in undisputed area. Nityanand type of people are in every religion. Halappa can be compared to ND tiwari who did that act on camera in Rajbhawan. Death is sumthing which cant be controlled. So if someones wife died in younger age then its none of ur business. All points are utter crap.
It is surprising how pain from other parts of the body of the high and mighty gets transferred to the chest after being caught with their pants down.
This fellow is a shameless guy and must face the law. He goes to a friends place for a late night dinner. Then he complains of uneasiness. Sends the host to the circuit house to collect his medicines. By the time the friend returns with the medicines, he has already raped the friends wife and caught with his pants down. He goes underground, and after being caught he starts getting chest pain.

IMTIAZ KHAN , Let me give this IQ test … You walk into to your house to find your best friend in an erotic pose skrewing you wife ( with or with out her concurrence ) . Would you at least try to break the backbone of you pal … or would you take your cell phone and start shooting moving pictures of the wonderful sights for posterity? Would you let this pal of yours finish what ever he was doing and go back home smiling like a Cheshire cat and then ask your wife to carefully preserve her undergarments and his undergarments preferably together and wait for six months while you take your own time to report the matter to the police ? If your answer to this is YES on all counts the only thing that an averagely sane person would assume would be that she did it because she like it, the pal did it because he liked it and you did what you did because you got paid for it. That is the same in this case ... the minister did what he did with his pals concurrance ! He has not committed a crime but does not deserve his ministership !

If that is your view point, then it has to be respected.
But if the end seems bizarre, the beginning is also bizarre. If he was having uneasiness at the friends house, then he should have either gone to the circuit house or to a doctor.
I really dont know what is the real stuff, but as you point out he does not deserve the ministership.

I am surprised at you being surprised. Indian politicians are free to do anything and use power to get protected.
Even after clear misuse/abuse of power and involvement in IPL scam by Sharad Pawar and Praful Patel, they are safely placed. Three Central Ministers of UPA-1 from RJD quota had multiple r@pe and murder charges. But they completed full term in Union ministery. Lalu Yadav, neck dip with so many scams, served full 5 year term as Railway Minister. Politicians are sitting on sport bodies for over 3 decades and relentless.
What about A Raja ?? The PM and UPA Chairperson are protecting them.
CBI enquiry must be done against Halappa and he must be punished if found guilty.

Shrikanth - A Raja is a curse. A.R. Balu was also a curse. The PM and Sonia Gandhi had reservations on including Raja from the beginning.
The problem is Karunanidhi who has to balance his family, his party and the Maran family - all at the same time. Which is why he dropped Balu and insisted on Azhagiri, Dayanidhi Maran and Raja. Remember he was insisting on 4 cabinet berths as against his fair quota of 3.
The PM was also not keen on offering the Communications portfolio to Raja. He was keen that a competent person like Dayanidhi should handle it. But again on Karunanidhi's insistence Raja was made communications minister.
These are compulsions of coalition politics, a similar thing is happening even in the UK after the inconclusive results of the just concluded general election.

Shrikanth : if you could read properly, my surprise is not at what he or other high and mighty do. The surprise is on how pain from other parts of the body gets transferred to the chest the moment these guys are caught.
They know they will be behind bars, it is better to be in the comfort of a hospital rather than being in the discomfort of a govt. jail???

Spring, i think you need to understand the fact that this may be a rape and that one was not a affair but a influence and coerced rape... I hope you can understand the meaning of those two words that i have used.
