What goes around comes around.
I say this in the context of Pakistan which is now reaping with interest and dividend, what it sowed without much thought.
With Interest - Militant groups are now targeting the state and its agencies which were instrumental in the creation of these groups and nurturing of their ideologies
With Divident - Innocent civilians are caught in the crossfire and end up as collateral damage, comounding the casualty figures.
