India and Pakistan were created at the same time, now see the difference between the thoughts of the todays youths of both country, one are competing in every arena, while others are (even though they are educated, scholars) heading towards religious extremism (terrorist activities), although not all, but most are. If Mr. Jinha was live today, he would have mourned for the creation of Pakistan. I think this the best example before Indian muslim youths, that what you want to be known in the world, as a terrorism sponsoring or civilized person . I think they must feel lucky that they had got right place (India)to prosper themselves and spend peaceful life....

It has nothing to do with knowing RULES or clauses and sub clauses but the fault lies with IPC which we have inherited from British. It was Irish Penal code implemented by vritish in 1456 for keeping Irish peole as slave of british. the same was used to delay and deny justice to indians in 1859 , just 3 years regourous discussions over the same matter: how to keep Indians as slave. Its unfortunate that our post indipendence leaders adopted the same Irish Penal code with only change I= India without any change in coma and full stop. Our first PM was in hurry to rule us.
