Why should the FIR be of rape ?? it should be attempt to rape and or molestation. As far as we know the crimes itself was not performed.
Anyway this whole things sounds rather fishy and also tells how careful BJP has to be when in power they have too many hidden enemies outside and from within.
If the person is truly guilty he deserves punishment else those who set up this thing need to be punished.
What kind of sick moron this minister must be who did not realize that he is a public figure and he wont get scot free....or did he think that his clout and position will set him free.
Such sick men should be ostracised and punished severely by the society.
Truly a case when your sick psyche defies all rational actions

ya when it comes to ur beloved party its conspiracy and u show faith on law.. when its not related to ur beloved party law work as per other party and its not conspiracy atall
About two weeks back UP Police arrested a shop keeper on charge of raping a minor inside his shop. The shop is situated on a busy road, and no assault could have taken place at such a place, that too in day broadlight. The case was lodged by a dalit and this man being an upper caste from south INdia, was arrested immedately from his Delhi residence. He was kept 14 days in remand, beaten black and blue and now has come out on bail. It was just some money matters and to take revenge a false case of rape of fostered on him.
In foreign countries when false cases are registered, one may seek compensation for it. But the compensation for defamation in India is too low. If such cases are found to be fabricated, the complainant should be severely punished and the compensation should be in lakhs and not Rs. 5000 or 10000/- In India, you can throw mud at anyone and then get away with mild warnings and punishment. This case seems to be a politically motivated and fabricated one, and should be thoroughly enquired into.

When Halappa was raping her, her husband was taking video what a joke it is. We have seen such many things by this congress party The BSY gov is the best karnataka has ever seen, so the congress goondas and gowdas are jelous @ it and try to spoil the image of the gove by fabricating such game plans
It is really shameful to have leaders of low morals and BJP ministers are proving that they are no less compared to Cong. I hope the truth will at least absolve the minister and bolster the image of Yeddyurappa govt
